Patrick Oneal Bates, 50, Arlington, was arrested on warrants for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance PG 1.
Collin Brant Beattie, 25, Harleton, was arrested on site for driving while intoxicated, first, and possession of marijuana.
Joshua Morgan Black, 32, Grand Saline, was arrested on a warrant for assault family/house member impede breath/circulation.
Austin Lee Brown, 26, Gladewater, was arrested on site for possession of marijuana.
Terry Lynn Ceaser, 55, Garland, was arrested on a warrant for evading arrest detention with a vehicle.
Samuel Dale Cook, 43, Van, was arrested on a warrant for aggravated kidnapping release victim safe place.
Gary Allen Cooper, 74, Grand Saline, was arrested on a warrant for theft of property over $750/parole violation.
Evan Ray Crocker, 29, Fruitvale, was arrested on site for possession of a controlled substance PG 1.
Abraham Delgado, 29, Wills Point, was arrested on site for manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance PG 1.
Dale Eugene Edmonson, 33, Van, was arrested on a warrant for forgery government/national instrument/money/security.
Quadrian Javon Elder, 36, Edgewood, was arrested on site for driving while intoxicated and driving while license was invalid without financial responsibility.
Marcus Dewayne Gardner, 48, Wills Point, was arrested on site for public intoxication and on a warrant for assault causing bodily injury family violence.
Jana Leigh Hoover, 33, Greenville, was arrested on site for tampering/fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair, manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance PG 1, manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance PG 4, manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance PG 4, resisting arrest search or transport, and possession of a controlled substance PG 3.

Hugh Michael Means, 58, Grand Saline, was arrested on a warrant for intoxication manslaughter with a vehicle.
